Las Vegas to San Francisco

Route 66, LA, MotoGP Laguna Seca and the Pacific Coast Highway.

The roads on this trip are as varied as the hotels.  From the long dusty miles of route 66 through the twists and turns of the San Gabriel mountains to cruising Mullholland drive at night with the lights of LA below.  This is the complete American “Road Trip” and I didn’t even mention the Pacific Coast Highway or San Francisco!

Each day's ride will be very different and will include mountains, coast, and desert as well as city-centre stops and quiet country retreats.  Bars and road-side diners will look after our daytime meals and cool us after long days riding in the sun.

We tend to ride as a group but this is by no means a rule.  You are free at all times to ride on ahead or to stop and take in a view or to stop for a drink, people often do.  However for the majority of the time most people seem to find riding with the group, either strung out along twisting canyon roads or across dusty flat desert plains, is a great way to enjoy the ride.

Each morning your guide will go through the day’s route with you, letting you know details of the roads, fuel and lunch stops as well as any places of interest along the way.
