A high degree of service

Many trips have 2 and sometimes 3 guides to ensure every customer receives personal attention. The maximum number of guests on each trip is deliberately kept low to ensure all your needs are met.

We offer assistance with every aspect of the holiday and it starts even before you book. You can call us and chat about a trip, what's involved, how much spending money to budget for, routes, your riding, your bike... any aspect of the holiday. We'll be very happy to help.

When booking, you have a choice of sharing or having privatel a room. It's up to you. If you are sharing, we'll place you with someone we think you'll get on very well with if you don't have a suggestion of your own.

Ticket packs with essential information; packing checklist, bike checklist etc are sent to you in plenty of time before the departure date. As soon as we meet up at the ferry or airport, you're in our capable hands.

Once at your destination, your route guide will take care of all your navigation and riding requirements, while the hospitality guide will assist you with your hotel accommodation, lunches etc... as well as making arrangements for any group activities or evening entertainments that guests would like to do.

It's our aim that you return from your trip feeling very well looked after. We'll do all we can to ensure your Big Rock Holiday is a very enjoyable experience.
