Roads and riding.
The roads on this holiday take you from the spectacular Skyline Drive high in the Shenandoah Mountains down the Blue Ridge Parkway and on through the Smokies.
From here the Tail of The Dragon will have you wishing for a supermoto!! before moving out onto the old roads that take you back in time as we travel from Nashville to Chicago. Daily mileage is not arduous and you'll take in some absolutely stunning and varied scenery as well as cool dinners and music venues.

Clive rides the Dragon
We tend to ride as a group as the pace of a Harley and the twisty nature of the roads make it great to ride with your friends. Having said that the route cards give you a detailed route for each day and if you prefer to ride alone it really is easy, especially on the Blue Ridge, where you have 520 miles of twisting blacktop without a stop signs or give way on it! and three days to enjoy it in.

Once we leave the hills and Mountains of Virginia and North Carolina its out into Tennessee and roads from a time gone by.
From here we lose the twisting country roads and head out on to the old roads where dinners and towns look like they were left behind in the 50's.
The roads change again into the rolling hills of Kentucky and on to Indianapolis before riding north to Chicago.
If you want to talk through the routes in any more detail feel free to give our offices a call on.
